Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of service level to customers
  • Ensure effective communication between customers and our company
  • Handling customer enquiries & feedbacks both face to face and over the phone
  • General admin such as filing, processing, sending emails etc.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' related experience in a similar capacity
  • Possess a strong commitment in confidentiality and discretion
  • Possess a pro-active work attitude with good interpersonal & communication skills with all levels of staff
  • Mature and independent
  • Well versed in Microsoft program
  • Bilingual
